I tend to have that problem as well. And I am working to overcome it. A helpful quote for you: "as I stood in front of the mirror, trembling with anticipation, I could hear my heart beating faster. He was just outside the door. Waiting. My mind finally drifted. My body surrendered. Now, the anticipation of ecstasy over powered my fear."

So, next time you tense up, use the old adage, picture her naked. But not too naked, you don't want to embarrass yourself.
